The hotel had a great location, close to the beach and the center of the town. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. One of the best aspects was the variety of activities offered by the hotel, from water sports to guided tours. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, perfect for enjoying a relaxing day under the sun.

The room was a bit outdated and in need of some renovation. , the food was not the best, with limited options and repetitive meals.

Very bad food and tasteless; the air conditioning did not work properly, we told them, they tried to fix it, but unsuccessfully; rooms are not very clean, but given the experience in Istanbul, I would say that here they were acceptable; pool water was not disinfected, one of my friends did an ear infection and my boyfriend did a nose infection, both required medical care when we returned to our country; music from the bar was left until very late, that I could not sleep, took to their attention every night; we had 4 days for holiday in this hotel, we intended to leave a day earlier, they told us that everything is ok, but later they issued certain conditions so we preferred to stay and the fourth day; they don't respect at all their clients, they don't speak english, only russian;We are absolutely confident that we will never go back to this hotel and we will not recommend to others
